Private Lessons and Video Analysis
Miron's philosophy has been that no matter what level of wrestling skill you have, he can take you to the next level. Private lessons provide a student a " one on one " opportunity necessary to improve their skill, physical conditioning, technical expertise, quickness and mental readiness. Our private lessons have been well received and we can provide references from students and families, on the significant improvements seen in just a few short months.

Besides private lessons we also offer video analysis, which is designed to reduce the learning curve. Our video analysis allows us to develop a customized practical program to improve technique, skills and abilities.

Group Lessons
 We can provide additional lessons to those that are attending our wrestling club for small groups ranging from 2 to 6 students. Lessons last for 1 hour.
