What to bring to camp :

Wrestling Shoes
Headgear

Wrestling Gear (plan on 3 practices a day)

Running Shoes

Two Towels

Personal Water Bottle

Spending money for snacks, gear, or evening activities

Meals

Meals will be provided for resident campers

Commuter Campers are encouraged to pack a cooler with lunch and additional food to eat between sessions if parent/guardian is not present at camp

Water and Gatorade available at facility for purchase

Team Miron Gear available for purchase at facility
